Meet Michael
Guadarrama.
Michael Guadarrama brings a soldier’s determination and a patient’s perspective to his role as Research and Development Specialist at Us First Health and Wellness. An Army combat infantry veteran with the 1st Cavalry Division Black Knights, he earned his combat medic certification in 1998.
His passion for health was reignited a decade ago when unexplained illness led him through seven doctors and repeated recommendations for antidepressants. His breakthrough came with John Patrick Gonzales, PA-C, whose guidance on genetic testing and GI mapping helped uncover underlying issues and put Michael on the path to recovery.
Today, that experience drives his mission: explore the science, ask deeper questions, and help others find answers.
